This is our core team for the event. The team includes

• Family and friends of Stephen and Marcus including Marcus’s wife, Stephen’s brother and father-in-law
• A number of ex-footballers including Chris Kirkland, John McGinlay, Jamie Hoyland, Jeff Whitley and Martin Paul
• A football journalist, Oliver Kay
• Other walkers, many of whom have their own family MND story to tell

The core team will be with the walk from start to finish walking the route in rotating groups. When they are not walking, they will rest in our support vehicles being driven by Steve Wood, Mike Wilson, Alison Marsden, Josh Wilson and Matt Armstrong.

They will be supported Marty Royal, the teams sports massage therapist.
