Concept

The event takes place over 6 days in June 2026. The plan is broken down into two phases. Two different core teams will be centrally selected to cover the full distance. The break down is this.

• Part 1 – Liverpool to Stockport County – Core Team One
• Part 2 – Stockport County to the Rob Burrow Centre – Core Team Two

Open Walkers

We invite walkers to join our core team on any of the daytime stages. They can register individually but we encourage them to enter with their friends and family. Groups of as many as 6 people can sign up together. The daytime stages cover

• Part 1 – Monday – Liverpool to St Helens
• Part 1 – Tuesday – Bolton Wanderers to Accrington Stanley
• Part 1 – Wednesday – Bury to Stockport County
• Part 2 – Stockport County to Huddersfield Town
• Part 2 – Bradford City to Sheffield United
• Part 2 – Wakefield Trinity to the Rob Burrow Centre

Every walker registering will be asked to pay a registration fee of £10 per walker to take part. This essentially covers the cost of your event t-shirts. Open walkers will be given

• Black t-shirts if they choose stages in Part 1
• Blue t-shirts if they choose stages in Part 2
• If they pick stages across both parts, they will be given the colour corresponding to the larger part of the route they are walking

The lead walker of each team should enter their team into the event using the link below. They will need to provide the following information

Lead Walkers contact details – email address and mobile phone number as well as the part of the route that the team intends to walk

For each walker including the lead walker

• Walker name
• Walker t-shirt size (S, M, L, XL, XXL or 3XL)

Shortly after the team is registered, the lead walker will receive further details on the event from Redwood Events.
