Redwood Events has been arranging charity events since 2007. in over 20 events so far, we have raised around over one million pounds for various charities. Our speciality is walking tours of sports stadia though we have included cycling and running too.
Redwood Events is essentially Mike Wilson and Steve Wood, two brothers-in-law who plan and manage these events for the love of it and with the intention of supporting many great causes. Our events have supported charities like Mental Health UK, the Forget Me Not Hospice, Children In Need, Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, Solving Kids Cancer and various Hillsborough related charities.
We are honoured to have been asked by Stephen Darby to become honorary patrons for the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation.
The biggest benefactors of our fundraising to date include;-
